Product Description

DJ Holiday detector (Electric spark detector) is been used to detect the quality of anti corrosion coating on metal. The anti corrosion coating include glass lining, glass fiber reinforced plastic, epoxy coal tar pitch, rubber sheet lining and so on. When the anti corrosion coating has quality issue like pinhole, air bubble, cracks, our instrument will remind operator with shining electric spark and voice. We use batteries for power, so it will be very easy for field operation.

 

Detecting theory: electric spark detector can transmit high voltage pulse on the surface of anti corrosion coating. When high voltage pulse go through the surface, it will cause air gap breakdown if the coating become thinner or has pinhole. At same time, a pulse signal will be send to warning circuit to activate annunciator. Then, operator will see electric spark and warning voice on their target.

The KV-3000 is a portable vibration Gauge for field mechanical vibration measurement and analysis applications.
